Booking and payment
For now there is no online booking or online payment: we talk directly and confirm every detail together. Accepted payment methods are Twint and cash.
How early should I place an order?
At least 72 hours. For more detailed cakes or special events, it is best to message me 5-7 days in advance.
Can I personalize colors and decorations?
Yes, of course. We start from a catalog base and adapt it to your event with colors, details, writing, or small decorations agreed together.
How does pickup work?
Pickup in Zurich is preferred because it helps keep the cake stable and well preserved. If you need local delivery, we can evaluate it together based on area, time, and cake type.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes indicative portions. If you are unsure, send me the number of guests, the occasion, and when the cake will be served: I will help you choose the right size.
Can I request lactose-free options?
Yes, when possible I prepare dedicated alternatives. Allergens are always listed on each product page.
Do you offer flourless options?
Yes, there are flourless cakes: these are preparations made without flour among the ingredients. At the moment, however, I cannot guarantee a process suitable for coeliac needs, and I prefer to be transparent before confirming.
